Over the weekend, Michael and I travelled to Regency, Texas and played the "There's Something in the Water Music Festival." A great time was had by all. I know because I heard laughing and hollering outside the tent at about 5:15 am. Big thanks to Joel Melton, and Alton and Sue Watson for putting the thing on and treating Mike and I like family. Alton even showed us his arrowhead collection. Pretty neat stuff. Here's a particularly awkward picture of Michael and I playing with Joel.

Nevermind the cat shirt.
Anyway, on Sunday evening, Michael and I opened for the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. 'Twas a fantastic time. At the end of the show they asked all of us openers to come back onstage and sing "Will the Circle Be Unbroken" (of course) which eventually turned into "The Weight" then turned back into "Will the Circle Be Unbroken." Here's proof.

Yes indeed.
